The rumbling, shaking Kommo-o she was atop reminded Shalin of the training she did with the dragon lover, Andrea Vaneau . Back then, Treble had unseated Shalin with ease. This time, thanks to her suit and bond with her Flygon, she was able to hold on through forces similar to what a Flygon could exert upon her. While the suit kept her from experiencing horrible whiplash and her insides from rupturing, it didn't make the scale run any less intense. "Whoa, that's wild, Treble!" Shalin gasped, all four of her limbs still tingling from the powerful air disturbances.

And yet, that was not as fast as the scaled dragon could rattle. It was fast enough to scare the Munna away, though! The wary psychic-types scattered, letting dragon and rider tromp onward.

Shalin reined her Kommo-o to a stop as she sighted a group of Drowzee crowding on the trail. She yawned -- and not from hypnosis. It simply was a Pokémon she wasn't interested in. Where were these promised Jangmo-o? She gave them a couple minutes to clear out, but they weren't going anywhere. There was only one way she had to make them disperse, and that was by force. Shalin braced herself for impact. "I'm ready, Treble! CLANGING SCALES!"

Her mount's entire body turned into a blur, every scale on his body shaking faster than a rattlesnake's tail. For every object or Pokémon in front of her, Shalin saw several images of it. The girl herself was in a state of silent bliss, on an adrenaline high unlike anything she had ever experienced before. Once the psychic-types had scattered from having their hearing badly impaired, Treble delivered the finale: a burst of vibration so fast that Shalin could feel her SYNC STONE beginning to heat up. While she could feel the added heat from the peak discharge of INFINITY ENERGY, she was unaware of where it was coming from due to sheer disorientation. It truly was the suit that made her feat possible; after all, that intensity had reduced solid walls to rubble many a time on her journey.

The sensation Shalin experienced as Treble rocked Shalin, subjecting her to the full speed of his vibrating scales, was completely alien. She felt like she was in eight different places at once. While it was faint compared to the layered gong-like sounds the Kommo-o's hide made, those in the area would hear a low-pitched hum almost like that of a large, flying insect. As her vision disappeared to a sea of greens, tans, and blues, an awesome and terrifying thought entered her mind:

That was her own motion making that hum.

Even the Jangmo-o horde couldn't withstand noise that intense. Well, all except one: a pink-and-yellow scaled one that PROTECTED itself against the noise. It seemed thoroughly impressed by the sheer intensity of the move, and nuzzled the saddle-wearing Kommo-o Shalin was astride. The wild gently touched its tail to Treble's scales and returned the move with a rattle of its own, though the small Pokémon's merely felt like a tickle. A tickle Shalin couldn't even feel, having been exposed to the fiercest vibration the adult dragon had to offer. Feeling like an electric current was running through her hand as she grabbed an empty Poké Ball, she let the Jangmo-o leap into it if it so wanted, guessing it was interested in learning how to harness that kind of power.
